German. Excellent condition. Heavy oak base, black with gold highlights (lightly repainted). Most of gold foil has been overpainted on carved top section, where some previous woodworm has been treated – no visible evidence remaining).
Can be shipped at extra cost (or collected/delivered by arrangement in Vienna Austria).
